HLA and KIR gene typing is one of the key tasks in transplantation, oncology, immunology, miscarriage and other fields of biology and medicine.

To solve this problem, the laboratory developed algorithms and software using high-performance parallel computing on the GPU, superior in speed and accuracy of all existing analogues.
