Laboratory team are developing a mathematical model of drug desorption in bioresorbable materials for targeted drug delivery
The process of controlled targeted drug delivery, for example: anti-tumor, anti-inflammatory or contraceptives, can not be fully described without considering the diffusion kinetics of the drug transport. In this connection, the solution of diffusion and enzymatic-hydrolytic problems in the systems "nanofibril-substance" occurs in a very limited number of works and requires in-depth consideration both at the experimental and theoretical levels.
